- Records of communications and consents: messages you send, call or contact logs where applicable, and consents and preferences (including marketing and automated-calling or texting preferences as presented at the point of collection), where you have provided them.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, device or browser type, language, referring URLs, and similar technical data.

- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and related technologies. We use Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage tags, which may include analytics, advertising, and conversion measurement as configured. You may control cookies through your browser; certain features may not function if cookies are disabled.
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from service providers (for example, address or ZIP validation services) and, where you engage them separately, from surveyors, engineers, or other professionals, when they share information in connection with a project you have authorized.
3. How we use personal information
We use Personal Information to:

- Analyze and improve the Services, our advertising, and our security, including detection and prevention of fraud, abuse, and spam;
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others; and
- Carry out other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or for which you have provided consent where required by law.
4. How we share personal information
We may share Personal Information with:
- Service providers and vendors that perform services on our behalf, including hosting, email delivery, data storage, lead and customer relationship management, payment processing, analytics, and marketing technology (including through Google Tag Manager and related Google services);

We do not sell your Personal Information for monetary consideration. We may allow certain service providers to use information for purposes such as advertising measurement, which may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws; see Section 5 for opt-out and rights.
5. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your Personal Information; to opt out of certain “sales” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; and to limit use of sensitive data in defined circumstances, each as required by applicable state law. California residents: we do not knowingly sell Personal Information of minors under 16 without affirmative authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To submit a request, use the contact information in Section 9 below. We may verify your identity before processing a request. You may also use an authorized agent where permitted by law, subject to verification.
Do Not Track. There is no uniform industry response to browser DNT signals; we do not treat DNT as an opt-out of all cookies or tracking. Use browser controls and platform opt-out tools (including Google’s) where available.
6. Security and retention
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
